KOSOFE LOCAL GOVERNMENT, LAGOS STATE
INVITATION TO TENDER
1.0 Tenders are hereby invited from eligible and qualified Contractors registered with Kosofe Local Government for the procurement of the underlisted projects as specified in the tender documents:

| 09 | Construction of Asphaltic Concrete Pavement along Olabisi Street, Ojota |
| 10 | Construction of Asphaltic Concrete Pavement along Babalola Street, Ifako |
| 11 | Construction of Asphaltic Concrete Pavement along Alh. Ayoola Street, Oworonshoki |

| 17 | Rehabilitation of Ajayi Aina Street, Ifako |
| 18 | Rehabilitation of Omoba Oshosanya Street, Ifako |
| 19 | Rehabilitation of Wiliams Street, Ifako |
| 20 | Construction of Block of offices within the Council Premises at Ogudu Road |
| 21 | Limited Renovation works in the office of The Executive Chairman |
| 22 | Provision of office Furniture to various offices within the Secretariat Complex |
| 23 | Re-construction of failed section of perimeter fence at Local Government Secretariat Complex |
2.0 A complete set of tender documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Procurement Officer and upon payment of non-refundable fee of N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) Only.
3.0 Contractors are advised to inspect the project site before submitting their Tenders and to indicate the period within which the work would be completed
4.0 Tenders proposals in sealed envelopes, marked at the left hand corner “TENDER FOR LOT”……………………………. should be addressed to:-
THE SLG,
Kosofe Local Government,
Ogudu Road, Ojota,
Lagos.
And accompanied with photocopies of the following documents:-
(a) Kosofe Local Government Treasury Receipt for the payment of N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) non-refundable Tender fee
(b) Evidence of Registration with Kosofe Local government
(c) Tax Clearance Certificate (including the current year)
(d) Evidence of previous or similar jobs done.
(e) Evidence of financial capability
(f) Radio and Television License receipt
(g) Business Registration Certificate with Corporate Affairs Commission
(h) Sworn Affidavit that:
(i) All submitted documents are genuine
(ii) No officer of the Local Government is a shareholder
(5) All completed Tenders should be delivered to the office of
Secretary to the Local Government (SLG), at Ogudu Road, during the
normal office hours, on or before Thursday 8 August, 2019.
The Local government is not bound to accept the lowest or the highest tender nor give reasons for rejecting any tender. Any tender received other than in the manner prescribed above will not be entertained or considered.
Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the contractor’s Representative at 12:00 noon on Thursday, 8 August, 2019.
