US EMBASSY ABUJA REQUEST FOR QUOTE (PR8415740–VENUE RENTAL FOR REGIONAL PHARMA CRIME WORKING GROUP ROUND TABLE)
DUE: JULY 17, 2019

The US EMBASSY ABUJA has a requirement for logistics support services for their Regional Pharma Crime Working Group Round Table for 3 days, from Wednesday September 18th through Friday 20th, 2019, including but not limited to the following;

  1. Conference hall with the capacity to accommodate 40 persons, (accompanied by PA system, projector, screen complimentary internet, bottled water, etc.) and complimentary secretariat office.
  2. The contractor shall provide bottled water, morning coffee/tea break with snacks, buffet lunch, afternoon coffee/tea break with snacks and assorted non-alcoholic beverages for 45 persons for 2 days (September 18th through 19th, 2019) and one tea break and buffet lunch for 45 persons on Friday September 20th, 2019.
  3. The contractor shall also provide lodging for 45 persons for 3 nights from Sunday September 15th through 17th, 2019 and lodging for 40 persons for 4 days from September 17th through 21st, 2019.
