To improve healthcare delivery in Ode-Ugbo community in Ilaje LGA of Ondo State ad enhancement of the quality of life in the region
A. Interested bidders can contact Ilaje regional Development council (ILRDC) office located at 76 College roads, Igbokoda or AMAICOMMA CCDA office located at No. 5 Aladetan Street, GRA, Igbokoda, Ilaje Local Got Area Ondo State from 9:00am – 4:00 pm Between Thursday 1st August – Wednesday 21st August, 2019.
B. To register as a contractor with the RDC/CCDC, previously registered contractors are exempted from this payment
However, to obtain bid documents after registration, contractors re
expected to pay a nor-refundable fee of N20, 000. NOTE that this payment
is not a prequalification for any contract award.
C. All prospective bidders are expected to provide the following information
– Certificate of Incorporation with CAC
– 3 years Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate (Current)
– Bidders; name, address and contract information, qualifications,
sub-contractors qualification and relevant experience (including similar
work in the past)
– Detailed schedule, budget and execution strategy including the role of sub-contractors
– Qualification of sub-contractors where applicable
– Relevant safety and financial data showing that the bidders is
capable of meeting safety and financial data requirements where
relevant, the bidder’s plan to encourage subcontractors, train community
members, provide apprenticeship etc.
– Bidders must be from Ilaje RDC/AMAICOMMA CCDC Mandate Area
D. All bids are evaluated based on technical and commercial presentation which includes the following
a. Technical capability of prospective bidder
b. Reputation of bidder
c. Knowledge of locality
d. Proof of previous job performance
e. Proposed completion schedule and major milestone
f. Local content
g. Insurance cover (Workman compensation)
h. Staffing
i. References
j. Financial capability of prospective bidder
k. Cost
l. Bank guaranty
E. All bids must be dropped off in the bid Box above address on or before 12 noon 21st August, 2019
F. Date for Bid Opening will be announced through the RDCs/CCDCs 2 weeks after 21st August 2019
G. All bids must be sealed, clearly marked at the Top right corner of the envelope ‘ILAJE RDC/AMAICOMMA CCDC MCC’ Invitation to bid, Bid reference number, and Name of Bidders be clearly written on it.
