The UNITED STATES EMBASSY, Abuja invites you to submit a quote for the rental of 2 fully air-conditioned SUVs in perfect condition with comprehensive insurance, inclusive of 4 drivers, fueling and maintenance for one year from October 1st, 2019 through September 30th, 2020.
The service is for 24hrs/7days/week;
Vehicles and the drivers are to reside at the embassy compound throughout the contract period;
Drivers must be vetted and approved by the embassy security;
The contractor shall provide replacement whenever the vehicles go for routine maintenance;
In case of vehicle breakdown the contractor shall provide immediate replacement;
All quotes must be submitted via email to AbujaProcBids@State.gov no later than Thursday September 12th, 2019.
