INVITATION TO TENDER
A. INTRODUCTION
This is to inform the general public that Kwali Area Council wishes to invite credible and reputable companies to participate in a competitive tendering process for the following procurement:

| Lot 2 | 2019 model Toyota Hilux. |
| Lot 3 | 2019 model Toyota Camry Automatic. |
| Lot 4 | 2019 model Toyota Corolla Automatic. |
| Lot 5 | 2019 Toyota Hiace Bus (18 seater). |
| Lot 6 | Rehabilitation of 0.70km Phase I Access road, from the Slaughter through Hon. Joseph K.Shazin Residence, Oversea quarters Kwali. |
| Lot 7 | Comprehensive Renovation of Kwali Town Hall. |
| Lot 8 | Construction of 0.21 km Secretariat Ring Road and Perimeter Fence. |
| Lot 9 | Construction of 0.47km Market Access Road to the Township Road. |
| Lot 10 | Erection of Solar Street Light with CCTV to Kwali Township Road. |
| Lot 11 | Drilling of 20 Nos. Hand Pump Borehole. |
| Lot 12 | Drilling of 2 Nos. Solar Power Motorized Water Scheme. |
| Lot 13 | Reconstruction of Peoples Bank Building and Perimeter Fence. |
| Lot 14 | Drilling of 1 No. Fusil Motorized Water Scheme at Legislative Arm Complex. |
| Lot 15 | Construction of Drainage Line at Gumbo Bridge. |
| Lot 16 | Rehabilitation of Culvert and Water Control at Dafa-Tungan Sarki River. |
| Lot 17 | Construction of Triple Cell Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert Kwali Tukurwa Road. |
| Lot 18 | Renovation of Kwali Slaughter House. |
| Lot 19 | Cleaning of Area Council Secretariat, Legislative chamber and 42 clinics across the Area Council |
B. QUALIFICATION FOR BIDDING
To qualify for consideration, interested companies are required to submit the following documents:
(1) Evidence of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria.
(2) Evidence of VAT/tax clearance certificate for three (3) years (2015 – 2018).
(3) Evidence of projects/ supply executed in similar field.
(4) List of requisite equipment for operation for the job its tendering for.
(5) Annual turnover and company audited account for three (3) years (2015 – 2018).
(6) Detailed company profile and technical experience/qualification of key personnel’s and directors.
C. COLLECTION DOCUMENT
Tender document can be collected from the office of the Chairman Tender’s Board, Kwali Area Council on the payment of non-refundable fees of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000.00) only and evidence of registration with the Area Council.
D. SUBMISSION OF TENDERS
Completed tenders must be submitted in sealed envelope marked confidential and addressed to the Chairman Tender Board and deposited in the tender box not later than 12:00 noon on or before 8 November, 2019. The envelope should contain one (1) original & two (2) duplicates of the tenders. Bidding would follow strictly laid down procedures and principles of due process while opening of the tender shall be by 1:00pm same day in the Council Conference Hall. The Tender Board reserves the right to reject any tender in part or in full.
