Please take note of the following requirements and conditions pertaining to the supply of the SERVERS:
(1) Soft copy of the quote should be sent latest by 12 noon on Wednesday 11 December 2019 to ngfintechprocurement@gmail.com
(2) One hard copy of the following is to be sent to P.O. Box 15414 Ikeja in a sealed envelop latest by close of Business Thursday 12 December 2019. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is received on or before the deadline
(a) Quotation for devices
(b) Copy of company CAC
(c) Copy of form CO2
(d) Copy of latest tax clearance certificate i.e. 2018
(e) Evidence of HP partnership
(f) Company profile including client list, staff strength, years in active operation.
(3) Apply OEM support to applicable devices
(4) Advice on recurrent fees where applicable
(5) Advice on delivery lead time
(6) An advance payment guarantee (APG) will be required should candidate be shortlisted to deliver items.
