INVITATION TO TENDER
1.0 INTRODUCTION
Ajeromi Ifelodun Local Government hereby invites reputable, competent and qualified Contractors with relevant proven competence and duly registered with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency and Ajeromi Ifelodun Local Government to Submit bids for execution of the following projects.
2.0 PROJECT
LOT DESCRIPTION OF PROJECTS LOCATION 1 Construction of A two Storey Modern Administrative Complex within the Secretariat Council Secretariat 2 Construction of Alayabiagba Road Alayabiagba Str 3 Construction of Bolaji Street Bolaji Str 4 Construction of Okito Street Okito Str 5 Construction of Ladega Street Ladega Str 6 Construction of Rasheed Afuwape/Akpiri Street Afuwape/Akpiri Street 7 Construction of Jones Waribu Street Jones Waribu Str 8 Construction of Osho Drive & Arowoyabuna Osho Drive/ Arowoyabuna 9 Construction of Mensah Street Mensah Str
Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the Lagos State Public Procurement Agency
Procurement Guideline and is open to all eligible bidders.
3.0 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
(1) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(2) Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years (2018, 2017, 2016)
(3) Company Audited report for the last 3 years.
(4) Performance bond from a reputable financial institution
(5) Evidence of Technical and Financial capacity to execute the job.
(6) Evidence of Registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency
(7) Evidence of Registration with Ajeromi-Ifelodun Local Government
(8) Detailed Company’s profile and organizational structure
(9) Verifiable evidence of similar job done for State or Local Government.
(10) Evidence of payment of non-refundable tender/bid document fee of N20,000.00.
TENDER/BID DOCUMENT
Tender/Bid document shall be made available to bidders on the presentation of receipt of payment of Non-refundable fee of N20,000 from Public Procurement Unit from Wednesday 18 December, 2019.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER/BID
The Tender/Bid shall be dropped in the Tender Box available in the office the Council Manger at second floor, Ajeromi-Ifelodun Local Government with the name of the company and project bidding for boldly written in 2 separate envelopes labeled “Technical and Financial Bids “INVITATION TO TENDER” and be addressed to the Executive Chairman Ajeromi-Ifelodun Local Government.
CLOSURE OF BIDS
Submission of Bids shall close on or before Tuesday 31 December, 2019 at 12:00pm and opening of bids commenced immediately at the chairman’s chamber 1st floor, Ajeromi-Ifelodun Local Government Secretariat.
