REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FROM CONSULTING FIRMS
SALID Agriculture Nigeria Limited (hereinafter: ‘SALID’ or ‘the Grantee’) an agro-allied company in the business of exportation of Shea nuts is establishing a Shea butter processing plant in Nigeria. SALID has received a Grant from the African Development Bank and intends to utilize this Grant towards:
PROJECT PREPARATORY ACTIVITIES/BUSINESS CASE DOCUMENTATION – PROJECT NO. 9061.
The services to be provided under the Assignment are as specified in the accompanying Terms of Reference detailed at:

SALID invites interested Consultants (i.e. service providers) to indicate interest in providing the referenced services. Submissions should include information (documents, reference to similar services, experience in similar assignments, etc.) about qualifications and experience(s) that demonstrate respondent’s ability to undertake this Assignment.
The eligibility criteria, consideration and selection procedure for a service provider shall be in conformity with the African Development Bank’s Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations, approved by the Bank’s Boards on 14 October 2015, and available on the Bank Website at http://www.afdb.org, Please, note that interest expressed by a Firm does not imply any obligation on the part of the Grant Recipient to appoint it.
The estimated duration of services is four (4) months and the estimated starting date is February 3, 2020.
