RE: INVITATION FOR TENDER FOR THE PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION
OF ECCDE PLAY EQUIPMENT AND OTHER INSTRUCTIONAL
MATERIALS FOR THE 36 STATES AND FCT.

EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED TENDER ADVERTISEMENT.
The Universal Basic Education Commission wishes to draw the attention of the General Public and the BPP to our advertisement No. UBEC/ TXB ECCDE/ INSTR MAT/PU/NCB/ ECD/2019 dated 2nd December 2019 in the Daily Trust, the Nation, Leadership Newspapers and the Federal Tenders Journal.
The advertisement was in respect of the invitation for submission of tender by Reputable Companies/Suppliers for the execution and distribution of 2018/2019 ECCDE PLAY EQUIPMENT AND OTHER INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS FOR THE 36 STATES AND FCT which was scheduled to close on Tuesday, 14th January, 2020.
The following amendments are hereby made to the said advertisement and the Tender Documents:
1. Closing Date for submission of Tenders is extended to Wednesday 5th February, 2020 at 12:00 noon prompt. Tenders will be opened at 12.00 noon same day at the Conference Hall of the Commission.
2. Collection of Bids closes 24hrs to Opening of Tenders.
3. All other requirements in the said advertisement remain as advertised.
The General Public and the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) to please take note.
