DEBRIEFING
In accordance with the World Bank Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Work and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA credits and Grants (January 2011) with specific reference to clause 2.60 as specified in paragraph 7 of appendix 1- Publication of the Award of Contract. Debriefing by the Borrower Edo State Employment & Expenditure for Results (SEEFOR) Project shall respond to any bidder who may wish to seek explanation as to why its bid was not selected. Such request for explanation must be done in writing and addressed to the Project Coordinator, Edo State Employment & Expenditure for Results (SEEFOR) Project (See details of the Project Coordinator’s address below).
