EPE LOCAL GOVERNMENT
INVITATION FOR PRE QUALIFICATION/ REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Epe Local Government among other things, statutorily responsible for construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of roads, schools, hospitals (primary health care) for the benefit of the citizens. In order to meet these mandates for 2020, the local government hereby invites Expression of Interest from prospective Contractors/consultants/suppliers with the objective of pre-qualifying these contractors/consultants/suppliers to develop a Data Base of service providers with which Epe Local Government will partner in subsequent bidding process and contract awards.
2.0 PRE-QUALIFICATION AREAS
CATEGORY A: WORKS
| Lot 1: | Reconstruction of Ayetutu road. |
| Lot 2: | Reconstruction of Jimoh Olakunle street. |
| Lot 3: | Reconstruction of Lamidi Salabiu street. |
| Lot 4: | Fencing of the proposed Erepoto P.H.C site. |
| Lot 5: | Construction of Management team Quarters. |
| Lot 6: | Rehabilitation of Epe LG Quarters. |
| Lot 7: | Provision of Solar Powered Street Light at(I) Ayetutu Road(II) Jimoh Olakunle Street(III) Part of Lamidi Salabiu Street |
| Lot 8: | Provision of drinkable Borehole water. |
| Lot 9: | Design And Construction Of Erepoto P.H.C |
| Lot 10: | Grading and regulations of Earth Roads. |
| Lot 11: | Reconstruction of collapsed culverts and drainages. |
CATEGORY B: GOODS
Lot 12: Fabricate and supply of desks and benches to school. Lot 13: Supply of official vehicles. Lot 14: Supply of utility vehicles. Lot 15: Supply of office furniture. Lot 16: Supply of computers and accessories. Lot 17: Supply of school materials and exercise books. Lot 18: Supply of Equipments to primary healthcare centres. Lot 19: Supply of vocational Equipments. Lot 20: Provision for library Equipments. Lot 21: Supply of sanitary materials.
CATEGORY C: SERVICES
Lot 22: Desilting of Drainages Lot 23: Environmental services and waste management. Lot 24: Training and manpower development. Lot 25: Maintenance of parks and sewage.
3.0 PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
The expression of interest must be submitted in the following order:
(a) Covering letter duly signed by the company’s authorized signatory(ies), indicating the specific area(s) of specialisation under the Three (3) headings (goods, works and consulting services) with company profile.
(b) Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
( c) Company’s Audited Accounts for the years (2015,2016 and 2017)
(d) Evidence of financial/technical capability from reputable bank capable and willing to provide credit line/equipment as the case maybe.
( e) Evidence of similar nature of the project with verifiable letter of contract award, within the last 5 years from 2018
(f) Evidence of technical partnership/joint venture where necessary
(g) Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency and Epe Local Government contractors registration receipt.
NOTE:
(h) EOI/Pre-qualification submission must be in English only and clear about area(s) of interest and competence of each category.
(i) Interested applicants must note that the Epe Local Government reserves the right to verify claims made in the Pre-qualification documents submitted by them at any level.
(j) This Pre-qualification exercise shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of Epe Local Government to award any contract.
(k) The cost for this exercise will be sole responsibility of the interested party(ies) to this invitation.
(l) Interested eligible applicant may obtain further information at the Procurement Office of Epe Local Government Secretariat with a non-refundable fee of N10,000 for bidding documents.
4.0 SUBMISSION OF EOI/PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS:
Applications must be enclosed in sealed envelope and addressed to:
