1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a loan from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) toward the cost of Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprises in the Niger Delta (LIFE-ND) Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for the procurement of Computers, Printers and Photocopiers.
2. The
Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprise (LIFE-ND), now invites sealed
bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Procurement of the
following;

Bidders may bid for any one or more lots and discounts offered for the award of combined lots will be considered in the bid evaluation.
3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB), a procedure specified in the IFAD Procurement Guidelines: This bid is open to all bidders in the Country as defined in the Guidelines.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the National Project Coordinator, Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprise – Niger Delta (LIFE-ND) Project and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below, between the hours of 10.00 am to 4.00pm Mondays to Fridays, except on public holidays.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of N30, 000.00 (Thirty Thousand Naira only). The method of payment will be by certified Bank Draft in favour of IFAD assisted Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprise (NPCO-LIFE-ND). The Bidding Documents can be collected by the representative of the Bidder on request.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00am local time on Wednesday 12, February, 2020. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ or representatives, who choose to attend at the address below on 12, February, 2020 at 10.00am local time. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as stated in the table above in local currency.
