INVITATION TO TENDER
The Niger State Government is desirous to undertake the rehabilitation/construction of 3nos Roads in Niger State and supply/installation of 150 Nos. Integrated Solar Street Light at newly constructed GRA Road, Kontagora.
Accordingly, Niger State Ministry of Works and Infrastructural Development invites sealed bids from prospective bidders for the construction/ rehabilitation works on 4Nos Roads in Niger state and supply/installation of 150 Nos. Integrated Solar street light at newly constructed GRA Road, Kontagora in the following lots;

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The following criteria shall apply.
(a) Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(b) Evidence of current compliance certificate from the National Pension Commission (PENCOM)
( c) Evidence of current compliance certificate from Industrial Training Fund (ITF)
( d) Evidence of registration with Niger State Public Procurement Board( NSPPB)
( e) Evidence of registration as Contractor with Niger State Ministry of Works and Infrastructural Development.
(
f) Evidence of tax clearance for the last three years (2016, 2017 &
2018) valid till December 31, 2019 with a minimum average turnover for
the last 3 years in the following sums:

(g) A sworn affidavit to indicate that the company is not in receivership and none of the Directors has never been convicted of fraudulent activity
Other necessary requirements
(h) Company’s audited accounts for the last three years
(i)
Verifiable evidence (photocopies of letters of awards and completion
certificates) of successful completion of similar jobs done in the last
three years
(j) Evidence of financial capability supported with a bank reference
(k) Detail company profile with CV’s of key personnel and their professional qualification
(l)
Evidence of receipts of a nonrefundable fee of Fifty thousand naira
(N50,000) per lot and any additional lot will include a fee of Forty
thousand Naira (N40,000.00) only.
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Tender document is obtainable from the Procurement Officer, Ministry of Works & ID, Niger State Abdulkareem Lafene Secretariat Tunga, PMB 60, Tunga Minna after payment of non-refundable of tender fee of Fifty thousand naira (N50,000.00) per lot and any additional lot will include a fee of Forty thousand Naira (N40,000.00) only.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
The
complete tender documents must be submitted in three (3) copies, each
including; (1) original, (2) two copies in 2 separate sealed envelopes
clearly marked Technical Bid and Financial Bid and both sealed in a
third envelope marked with the project title at the top right-hand
corner and delivered to the procurement office Niger State Ministry of
Works not later than 12:00 noon 25 February 2020. Late submission will be rejected.
Please note that electronic bid submission will not be accepted.
OPENING OF BIDS
Bids will be opened at the same address at 12 noon local time on the same date and in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. NGO’S and General public are invited to the opening of the bids.
