INVITATION TO TENDER
INTRODUCTION
Abuja Broadcasting Corporation invites reputable compass with relevant and good track record to apply for pre-Qualification in respect of the under-listed projects:
A. Provision of comprehensive Surveillance, Security Coverage Equipment & Recording Facilities for Aso Radio Television Complex.
B. Provision, Installation & Configuration of Professional Audio Mixer Console.
C. Provision, Installation & Configuration of Broadcast Logger Facilities.
D. Rehabilitation of Conference Block of Abuja Broadcasting Corporation.
E. Equipping & Furnishing of Conference Room
F. Provision & Installation of Tricaster
PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
To be considered, Interested companies are required to submit all the under listed verifiable documents:
1. Evidence of Incorporation/registration with Corporate Affairs Commission CAC):
2. Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three years (2017, 2018 & 2019) valid till 31stDecember,2020,
3. Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 1st December 2020.
4. Industry Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2019
5. Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund(NSITF) ECS Compliance Certificate valid till 31ST December, 2020;
6. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 30/06/2020 valid certificate sued by BPP
7. Recently Sworn Affidavit disclosing
i. Whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Abuja Broadcasting Corporation or the Bureau of the Public Procurement la formed or a present Director Shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particular.
ii. That the company is not receivership, bankruptcy.
iii. That the company does not have any Director who has been convicted by any Court in Nigeria and any other Country for criminal offences in relation to fraud or financial impropriety.
8. Company’s Audited Account for the past three (3 years (2017/2018/2019);
9. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by Submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria. Indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
10. Company’s Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of the Key Staff to be deployed for the project including copies of their Academic Professional qualifications (in case of construction: COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON, etc.);
11. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three 3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5)years including Letter of Awards Valuation Certificates Job Completion Certificate and Photographs of the projects,
12. List of Plants/Equipment with proof of Ownership/Lease where applicable):
13. A document for submission must be transmitted with Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company Letterhead Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC)as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission(CAC) Contact Address, Telephone number (preferably GSM No.), and email address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the names of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page duly signed by the authorized officer of the company as used by the Corporate and Nationalities.
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
Interested companies are to collect Tender Documents as Schedule of Collection, with the evidence of payment of N10,000.00 per Lot, non-refundable Tender Fee into ASO RADIO 93.5FM ACCOUNT NUMBER: 1010394314 ZENITH BANK PLC. ANY COMPANY OR FIRM THAT PAYS TO ANY PERSON’S)/ ACCOUNT OTHER THAN THE ONE STATED ABOVE DOES SO AT ITS OWN RISK.
SUBMISSIONS OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS
The pre-qualification documents for each LOT must be submitted separately in original and four copies on A4size paper and arranged in the order of sequence in (1) above, Each submission should be sealed in an envelope and the job LOT number clearly marked at the top left corner of the envelop should be addressed to

The prequalification documents should be hand-delivered and deposited in the Tender Box in the office of the Head Procurement Unit not later than 12:00 noon on 16 March 2020. Contractors, service providers or the representatives a hereby invited to the public opening of the pre-qualification documents immediately after se submission 12.00 noon on 16 March, 2020. Venue of the public opening is the conference room, Abuja Broadcasting Corporation Building.
Please note that
i. Late submission will be returned unopened.
ii. Pre-qualification for each LOT should be done separately as non-compliance may lead to qualification.
iii. ABC is neither committed nor obliged to shortlist any contractor or service provider for invitation to tender
iv. ABC will not recognize and correspond with only authorized officers
of the tendering companies and not through individuals or agents acting
on their behalf and
v. This Invitation for pre-qualification shall
neither be constructed as a commitment on the part of ABC nor shall it
entitle any contractor or service provider to make any claims whatsoever
and/or seek an indemnity from ABC
vi. The ABC Limited is not bound
to pre-qualify any bidder and reserves the right to annul the
Procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in
accordance with Section 28of the Public Procurement Act 2007
