Assumptions for purposes of planning and budgeting:
While we don’t RON precisely the call volume to expect and time based past experience we antelope moldy call volume of our 100,000 calls per month. These figures may change based on cost and feasibility

The proposals will be evaluated based on;
1. Past experience
2. Technical approach.
3. Management and staffing plan,
4. timeline and
5. cost

Only applicants that score satisfactorily on each of the first four selection criteria listed above will have the cost proposals reviewed as an additional selection criterion. Cost proposals will be reviewed for reasonableness, realism, efficiency and value provided which may or may not be the lowest cost.
