In 2019, CARE worked in 100 countries supporting 1,037 poverty-righting development and humanitarian projects reaching more than 55 Million people, A significant portion of our work focuses on Food, Nutrition, and Climate Change Resilience: Women and Girls Economic Empowerment, Protection, and Gender Equality, increasing access to clean Water and Sanitation, quality Health services, Education and Small-business support.
