Creative Associates International, Inc., acting on behalf of the Nigeria Lake Chad Basin (NLCB) Project in Nigeria is soliciting offers for the supply of tangible goods described in the attached pages. Creative is implementing an official project of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) under USAID Contract # 7200AA18F00013.

Any questions must be submitted in writing and emailed to vendors@neri-nigeria.com no later than 2.00pm on 5th February
- No questions will be entertained if they are received by means other than the specified email address, and any communications to alternate e-mail addresses will result in the disqualification of the bidder. The RFQ number (listed above) must be stated in the subject line. Answers will be compiled and distributed to all vendors by close of business on
3rd February 2020.
