EKITI STATE ELECTRICITY BOARD
TENDER NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given by Ekiti State SITE Government to suitably qualified Contractors to submit tenders for the EXTENTION OF STATE ELECTRICITY AND INSTALLATION OF 500KVA, 33/0.415KV TRANSFORMER AT COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE AND TECHNOLOGY ISAN-EKITI.
PRE-REQUISITE FOR TENDER:
1. Evidence of current registration as far contractor with Bureau of Public Procurement, Ministry of Works and Transportation and Ekiti State Electricity Board.
2. Evidence of payment of appropriate Ekiti State Development Levy by the company for three consecutive years (Up to year 2020)
3. Evidence of payment of a non-refundable Tender Fee of One Hundred Thousand (#100,000.00) only payable to Revenue 12020453 of Ekiti State Electricity Board
4. Evidence of current registration of business premises with the Ministry of Trade: Investment and Industries Ado Ekiti.
5. Evidence of Registration of the Company with Corporate Affairs Commission:
6. Current Tax Clearance Certificate of the Company.
7. Current Tax Clearance Certificate of the Chief Executive of the Company.
8. The Contractors shall provide a list of the works of similar nature executed during the last five years of being currently Executed indicating the place and brief description of works name and address of contractual parties period of performance and value.
SITE INSPECTION
All tenderers are advised to link up with the Ekiti State Electricity Board for specification of the job to be done.
COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF TENDERS
a. The tender document will be available or collection from Ekiti State Electricity Board as of from 8.00a.m on 21st February, 2020.
b. All tenders should be submitted to the state tender board secretariat not later than 12.00 midnight on 5th March 2020.
c. All tenders should be submitted sealed envelopes marked with the title of the contract “EXTENSION OF ELECTRICITY AND INSTALLATION OF 500KVA 33/0 415KVTRANSFORMER AT COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE AND TECHNOLOGY SAN E ” Which must be mostly indicated on the top left corner of the envelope and addressed to;

d. Tenderers should not indicate the name of their company at the back of the envelope in any manner whatsoever.
ACCEPTANCE OF TENDER:
All tenders accompanied with the relevant the documents and attachments contained in the tender notice must be submitted in the prescribed manner.
