services for Construction of 3 Storey Executive building within Council
Secretariat and One storey building at Amukoko police station, LOT 002: Provision
of staff training, development, career welfare support services,
inclusive of seminar,workshop, training conference and other labour
relation matter LOT 003: Refuse
evacuation/environmental sanitation services, inclusive of drainage
clearance, solid waste, and specialized wastes etc. consultancy services
for all the above items. LOT 004: Consultancy services on vocational training Centre, inclusive of review study, data survey, operation and handling of the Centre LOT 005: Provision of security related services inclusive of training, seminar.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
(1) Certificate of incorporation/registration wi8t CAC.
(2) Company’s audited account for 2017,2018 and 2019.
(3) Copy of company’s tax clearance for the last three years
(4) Performance Bond from a reputable financial institution.
(5) Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency and Ifelodun Local Council Development Area.
(6) Radio and television license receipt (current year).
Prospective bidders should pay a non-refundable tender fee of N25.000 only all payable to Ifelodun Local Council Development Area First bank Account no -2015522061
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Tender document shall be collected from the office, Head of Procurement Unit Ifelodun LCDA secretarial from the date of this publication.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Interested companies are required to submit seven copies all tender document in sealed envelope and addressed to:

The envelop must be registered wish designated officer in charge of the procurement unit and thereafter dropped in the tender box provided for its purpose on or before 12: 00noon on Wednesday 19 February, 2020.
TENDER OPENING
Tender opening shall be opened immediately after the close of submission from 12:00noon on Wednesday 19 February. 2020 at the Chairman Conference Room First Floor, Ifelodun LCDA secretariat.
