INVITATION TO TENDER

Kuje Area Council hereby invites interested firms and reputable companies to present Bids for the under listed projects and vehicles through contract.

Lot 1-Rehabilitation of Sarkin Yoruba/Merenge road, Kuje
Lot 2-Rehabilitation of Wowo street, KayardaKuje
Lot 3-Construction of Akands Hotel AngwanEggon/Mada road, Kuje

(Phase 1)

Lot 4-Grading of road with culverts, Kulo – Zokutu – Ukya.
Lot 5-Installation of Transformer and Low Tension distribution at Duda
Lot 6-i.                    Purchase of 1 No Toyota Prado LandCruiser, Leather Seats (2019/2020 Model).
ii.                  Purchase of 1 No TOYOTA Hilux manual transmission, Fabrics Seat, 2.7 LITERS (2019/2020 Model).
Lot 7-Purchase of 1 No Toyota Camry Auto transmission, leather seats (2019/2020 Model)
Lot 8-Purchase of 1 No Toyota Corolla Auto transmission, 2.0. LITRE, fabric seats with A/C (2019/2020 Model)
Lot 9-Purchase of 1 NO. Legislative Bus Toyota Hiace, High roof, manual transmission,16 seaters, petrol, Fabric seats with A/C, Radio – CD player, ABS, Air Bags & power Steering (2019/2020 Model)

REQUIREMENTS:
i. The company must be duly registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
ii. Evidence of Last three years company Tax
iii. The company must have VAT certificates
iv. Company Profile
v. Company Audited Account for the Last three years/last six months’ statement of account.
vi. Evidence of Financial Capacity from a reputable Bank including Bank Reference letter.
vii. ITF Compliance Certificate
viii. PENCOM Compliance Certificate
ix. NSITF Compliance Certificate.
x. Registration Fee is payable to KUJE AREA COUNCIL Account at First Bank

COLLECTION OF TENDER
Tender document can be collected from Logistics Office, Kuje Area Council on the payment of Non-refundable fees of Fifty Thousand Naira (50,000.00) only from the 11th February – 3rd March, 2020.

SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Completed Tender must be submitted in sealed envelope marked confidential and addressed to the Secretary Tenders Board not later than 12:00 noon on or before 3rd March, 2020. Opening of tender shall be by 12.00 noon same day in Kuje Area Council Secretariat Conference Hall.

The Tender’s board reserves the right to reject any tender in part or in full, please.
