CREATIVE ASSOCIATES INTERNATIONAL INC invites qualified firms to indicate interest for a range of activities under her
NLCB-Project.
Category 1: Renovation of Police Living Quarters in Bama – NLCB175 -13239
Category 2: Drilling of one solar powered borehole in Bama – NLCB175 -13261
Category 3: Fencing of Police Quarters in Bama – NLCB175 -13263
Criteria for bidders;
(1) Bidder must be a qualified building, construction, civil engineering firm and must have carried out similar works in Northeast Nigeria, they must possess strong technical knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or such related structures in accordance with the international standards for construction engineering and industry.
(2) Bidder must be a registered firm with CAC Certificate and TAX ID
(3) Bidder must be willing to provide quotations that are valid for a minimum of 90days
(4) Bidder must demonstrate financial capability to carry out award without requiring an advance.
It is Creative’s intent to make this award on a lowest competitive price basis and best value basis respectively.
