INVITATION TO TENDER
1. The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received a loan from the International Development Association (IDA) in various currencies towards the cost of Edo State Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project (EDO-NEWMAP). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contracts for the procurement of renewable solar power solution for Lot 1- PHC type A-5KVA; Lot 2- PHC Type B – 10KVA; Lot 3- CIGS and Reclaimed Land/Park-10KVA.
2. The Edo State – Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project (EDO-NEWMAP) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of renewable solar power solution for Lot 1- PHC CIGS and Reclaimed Land/Park – 10KVA. (“the Goods”). type A-5KVA; Lot 2- PHC Type B – 10KVA; Lot 3
3. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded all the contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid
4. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office address below
6. A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above address and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only in a Bank draft in favour of “Edo State- Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project”.
7. Bids must be delivered to the office address above on or before 12:00 noon local time on April 22, 2020. Electronic bidding will not be permitted and late bids will be rejected.
8. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at 12:00 noon local time on April 22, 2020 at the office address below.
