BACKGROUND
The Kaduna State Government (KDSG) through the Kaduna State Health Supplies Management Agency(KADHSMA) has in 2020 Appropriation Funds, and desirous to undertake the procurement of Supply Chain Equipment and services in pursuit of its noble objective of providing quality and affordable healthcare to its citizens across the state. In compliance with the provisions of the Kaduna state public procurement law 2016, The Kaduna State Health Supplies Management Agency (KADHSMA) hereinafter called ‘Agency’ on behalf of the Kaduna State Government hereby invites interested, eligible and competent Suppliers/Service providers to submit pre-qualification documents and purchase bidding documents for any of these lots below.
OPENING OF BIDS
The Technical and Financial Bids documents received shall be opened immediately after the close of receipt of bids in the presence of representatives of the respondent Firms/companies on Tuesday 7th April 2020 by 12.10pm at: Conference Hall Kaduna State Health Supplies Management Agency, Kaduna.
Only technically qualified bids will proceed to the financial bid evaluation stage
