YOBE STATE GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA
MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT & ENERGY
INVITATION TO TENDER
The Ministry of Transport and Energy, Yobe State in compliance with the Public Procurement Act (2016) hereby wishes to invite reputable and interested Bidders/Suppliers with requisite expertise and experience to tender for the:
- Supply and Installation of Single Arm Solar Street Light on 10.4Km Road at Buni Yadi Town
B. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Interested and qualified Suppliers/Bidders should submit their (EoI) documents along with the following:
(i) Evidence of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria.
(ii) Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement (BPP),
(iii) 3 years current Tax clearance certificate.
(iv) Evidence of financial capability and bank reference letter.
(v) Evidence of at least 3 years similar projects executed (certificate of job completion).
(vi) Audited Account for three (3) years (2017-2019).
(vii) Evidence of VAT registration and proof of past remittances.
(viii) A sworn affidavit that the company is not bankrupt.
(ix) Evidence of compliance with Pension Reform Act 2007.
(x) Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by the CEO or his equivalent addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Transport and Energy, Damaturu, Yobe State.
C. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
Interested bidders to submit two (2) copies of their Tender Documents in sealed envelopes and addressed to the Permanent Secretary clearly marked Tender Documents for the supply and Installation of Single Arm Solar Street Light on 10.4km Road at Buni Yadi Town, Gujba Local Government and delivered to the office not later than 12:00pm on 18 March, 2020.
D. OPENING OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:
All Tender documents received before the dateline of submission will be opened immediately after the closing period.
NOTE: Only pre-qualified suppliers/bidders will be contacted for award of contract.
