INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION IN RESPECT OF PROJECTS UNDER 2020 BUDGET
Niger State Ministry of Finance in furtherance to its statutory mandate intends to implement capital projects under various works, goods, and services in line with the budget of the 2020 financial year and in accordance with the Public Procurement Law, 2010. The Ministry, therefore, invites bids from all interested and competent contractors, suppliers and consultants with relevant experience for the execution of the following projects.

METHOD OF SUBMISSION
All prequalification documents are to be submitted to office of the Permanent Secretary, Niger
State Ministry of Finance, Block B Abdulkareem Lafene Secretariat, Minna
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Interested Suppliers/Consultants should submit the following documents in full scarp envelope marked “Prequalification Tender” properly addressed to the OFFICE OF THE PERMANENT SECRETARY, NIGER STATE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, MINNA.
i. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
ii. Evidence of Registration with Niger State Public Procurement Board (NSPPB)
iii. Audited Account for the last 3 years 201620172018 Evidence of tax clearance for the last three years (2016, 2017 2018).
iv. Evidence of financial capability supported with bank reference.
v. Evidence of VAT Registration.
vi. Evidence of award and completion certificate for general and specific experience.
vii. Compliance with PENCOM and Evidence of Remittance in respect of Staff Contribution.
viii. Complete company profile with comprehensive information and any other document that might give the contractor consultant an edge.
SUBMISSION PERIOD
Submission of prequalification will be between 9:00am – 4:00pm, Mondays to Fridays from 2nd
March to 20th March, 2020.
