SUSPENSION OF BID OPENING
Following the latest report from the National Council for Disease Control (NCDC) and the Lagos State Government regarding Corona Virus pandemic (COVID-19) in Nigeria, which posed danger to the health of the citizenry, the management in line with section 28 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007 has Suspended the opening of Bids scheduled for Thursday, 26th March, 2020 Lots 1-22 in the ongoing advertisement published in Guardian and THISDAY 31st January, 2020 as well as Monday 10 January-Sunday 23d February, 2020 till further notice.
