PROJECT OVERVIEW

Stamping out Trafficking in Nigeria (SoTiN) is a DFID Nigeria programme which aims to change or reduce the behaviours, attitudes, and social norms in Edo State that drive or enable human trafficking.

Palladium is inviting qualified, interested and credible companies/firms with verifiable track- records of performance to submit sealed quotations for the supply of Motor Vehicle with the following specifications:

TENDER REQUIREMENTS
(a) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
(b) Evidence of VAT registration and remittance
(c) Evidence of tax clearance for 2016, 2017 and 2018
(d) Company Profile containing verifiable businesses, location of offices, contact details (emails, website address, phone numbers), brief overview of the company, administrative structure and brief profile of Directors and key staff
(e) Audited company account for 3 years (2016-2018)
(f) Verifiable list and proofs of similar jobs successfully executed, and values-Bidders must include job orders and evidence of delivery.

EVALUATION AND SELECTION CRITERIA
Bidders must ensure that all requested information above are in the included in the submission. Proposals will be evaluated based on competitiveness and conformity to the tender requirements (Specifications, quality, Price competition. Delivery lead-time, payment terms, after sale support services and warranty provision

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENT
All bid documents listed above should be bound together as a single document in sealed envelope clearly marked “APPLICATION FOR TENDER” and addressed and submitted to the Procurement Committee, Palladium SoTiN Project; 39, Oyaide Street, Off Benoni, Airport Road, Benin City- Edo State within one week from March 11, 2020.
