REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PRINTING OF FACILITATOR MANUALS, PARTICIPANTS BOOKLETS, POSTERS, AND FLIP CHARTS
The USAID Integrated Health Program (HP) is a USAID/Nigeria funded five-year flagship Program, aimed at strengthening the health System, increasing access to and improving quality of primary health care (PHC) services in supported states in Nigeria. IHP, which started in January 2018 will be implemented at the Federal level and in Bauchi, Kebbi, Sokoto states, and two other states to be determined.
The goal of IHP is to contribute to state-level reductions in child and maternal morbidity and mortality and to increase the capacity of health systems (public and private) to sustainably support quality primary health care services. IHP provides technical assistance (TA) to State
Ministries of Health (SMOH) and State Primary Health Care Development Agency (SPHCDA) to strengthen systems while collaborating with others like Breakthrough Action- Nigeria (BA-N) and Global Health Supply Chain – Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC PSM) to increase demand for PHC services and improve access to essential commodities respectively.
Integrated Health Program – Nigeria Country Office is inviting eligible and reputable printing companies to express interest in print Training Material and job aids including manuals, posters, booklets, flipcharts for Health workers at Primary Health Care Centers Bauchi, Kebbi and Sokoto States.
Evaluation & selection Criteria
This section is important and should be given due attention while application. There will not be assumptions or presumptions on what is submitted, incomplete or assumed to be submitted during evaluation. Incomplete information submission may lead to rejection or poor appraisal of proposal submission. Any company submitting proposal should endeavor to send in a very comprehensive one highlighting how it intends to meet up all the requirements of IHP as highlighted above.
Expression of Interest submission:
1. Company profile details to include registered address, functional email address, telephone numbers, and protest of contact for the organization.
2. Evidence of company registration, that is Certificate of incorporation showing that the organisation is a printing company (with Corporate Affairs Commission)
3. Audited financial Statements for 2016, 2017 and 2018.
4. Evidence of large-scale production capacity to print at least 5,000 copies of each of the following
• Posters
• Manual
• Flip chart Booklets
Preference will be given those who have experience successfully completing high quality print jobs on time for international organizations.
5. Evidence of turnover of 100 million and Above in 2019
6. Evidence of managing at least 3 large contracts worth more than NGN 66,000,000
7. At least 5 Clients references for work which have been performed within the last three years (copies of letters of award & successful completion certificates and supporting reference letters should be attached).
Submission of Expression of Interest
Submit hard copy of the proposal in a sealed envelope to:

1. Any EOI received by IHP after the deadline for submission will not be considered
2. No proposal shall be modified after the deadline for submission of proposals
3. Issuance of this solicitation in no way constitutes a commitment to award a contract and Palladium reserves the right to vary any part of this solicitation at the time of award if it becomes necessary.
4. Please note that as a reputable company we abide by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and so we change Withholding Tax (WHT) in compliance with Nigerian Tax laws.
