INVITATION FOR TENDER
Tenders are hereby invited for the following constituency projects for 2020 at the Federal College Dental Technology And Therapy Enugu
1.
Lot 1: Medical Outreach at Mbanabo, Enugu State
Lot 2: Medical Outreach at Aninri/Awgu/Oji River, Enugu State
2. TENDER REQUIREMENT
Interested and competent contractors are required to submit bidding documents and present original copies for sighting during the bid opening. All bidders must comply with Bureau of Public Procurement Act terms and conditions for Federal contracts.
3. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
(a) Prospective bidders are to provide evidence of all the tender requirements for pre-qualification. Failure to comply with any may automatically result in disqualification.
(b) Please note that late submission of bid documents will be rejected.
(c) Any discrepancy found would summarily disqualify the bidder.
(4) The Management of the Federal College of Dental Technology and Therapy reserves the right to annul or cancel the bidding process at any time without incurring any liabilities or assigning any reason thereto.
( e) Due diligence should be followed as all documents submitted would be verified, past executed Jobs and offices of the Contractors or suppler may be visited.
4. SCOPE OF WORK AND SPECIFICATION
The scope of work and specifications for each project is provided in the Tender document which shall be obtained from Procurement Division of Federal College of Dental technology and Therapy. Enugu upon presentation of receipt of payment of non-refundable bidding fees of Ten Thousand Naira per lot, paid into Federal College of Dental Technology and Therapy Enugu Remita Account in any commercial bank.
5. SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL BIDS
Bid should be enclosed in two (2) sealed envelopes marked Technical bid and financial bid and the two envelopes will be enclosed in a bigger envelope indicating the lot number and the name of the project. The name of the Contractor or Company should be written at the top right hand corner of the envelope and addressed to:

6. The bid documents should be deposited in the Tender box in the office of the Rector on or before Six (6) weeks from the date of the publication (15, May 2020).
7. The opening of bids documents will commence at 12noon on the day of all expiration of the Six (6) weeks from the date of the publication in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may wish to witness the exercise.
