URGENT NOTICE
EXTENSION OF DATES FOR THE SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF BIDS
REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS AND BID DOCUMENTS BY CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE MONITORING OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT ON THE SHARING, TRANSFER, DISPOSITION, REPATRIATION AND MANAGEMENT OF CERTAIN FORFEITED ASSETS (“The Agreement”)
The ongoing restriction of movement in the FCT, Lagos and some other states in the country as a result of COVID-19, has made it necessary to extend the date for the submission and opening of the bids earlier published in Daily Trust and The Punch Newspapers (Wednesday 4th March, 2020), Federal Tenders Journal (Monday 9″ and Monday 23th March, 2020) and The Economist (14th March, 2020).
Accordingly, note that the Procurement Panel has approved that the new date for the opening of the bids is now 28th May, 2020 by 12noon at the Auditorium of the Federal Ministry of Justice, Abuja.
You may wish to submit your Proposals on or before 28th May, 2020. If you wish to submit your bids electronically/by email, please encrypt it and only send the password on the day of the opening of the bid

The Proposal/Bid documents should be submitted in six (6) envelopes to The Procurement Panel, clo Asset Recovery Unit, 2 Floor, Federal Ministry of Justice, Plot 71B Shehu Shagari Way Central Area Abuja, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nigeria.
