1. Please refer to the above caption Invitation for bid in the Vanguard and The Nation newspapers both of 10 March 2020and the first addendum of 24 March 2020 in the same newspaper. This is to inform all eligible and qualified bidders that due to the current lock down in the country caused by COVID- 19, the deadline (7 April, 2020) for the purchase and submission bidding documents has been postponed indefinitely. A new deadline date will be announced accordingly after the relaxation of the lock down in the country.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the National Project Coordinator, Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprise in the Niger Delta (LIFE- ND) Project and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below, between the hours of bidding documents at the address given below, between the hours of bidding documents at the address given below, between the hours of 10:00am to 4:00pm. Mondays to Friday, except on public holidays.
