INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF A CRUSHER 50T/HR, ASPHALT PRODUCTION PLANT FOR KOGI STATE ROAD MAINTENANCE AGENCY (KOGROMA), PROCUREMENT OF A 30-SEATER COASTER BUS, AND ROAD REHABILITATION WORKS ALONG KPATA MARKET, LOKOJA
INTRODUCTION
Government is desirous of making Kogi State Road Maintenance Agency (KOGROMA) a one-stop shop for 7 timely rehabilitation/ maintenance activities of our state & roads – in line with specifications and at minimal cost.
To achieve this, the Agency needs a functional Crusher, and an Asphalt Plant to complement the existing stock of equipment
Also, to boost the Ministry’s capacity for joint monitoring visit to Government project sites across the State, the procurement of 30 — Seater bus has become necessary.
Furthermore, a section along Kpata market road is seriously threatened due to the emergence of gully erosion undermining the road embankment. This requires urgent remedy.
Given that above, the Ministry is inviting Tender/ Expression of interest from competent Contractors/ Suppliers/Equipment vendors as follows.
Lot 1:The supply and Installation of 150T/HR Crusher.
Lot 2:The supply and installation of 150T/HR Asphalt plant.
Lot 3:The Procurement of a 30-Seater Toyota Coaster Bus (2019 Model) High Roof Petrol.
Lot 4:Road Rehabilitation works along Kpata Market Road, Lokoja.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Evidence of Registration with C.A.C
2. Tax Clearance Certificate for the past 3 years.
3. Audited Account for the past 3 years.
4. Evidence of Registration with Kogi State Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
5. Evidence of VAT Registration and remittances.
6. Evidence of financial capability from a reputable Bank in Nigeria.
7. Evidence of similar job done in the past 3 years.
8. Comprehensive profile of the contractor with list of key personnel and equipment.
9. Evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fees.
10. Evidence of registration with Kogi State Ministry of Works and Housing
COLLECTION OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND TENDER DOCUMENTS
Technical specifications and Tender documents are to be collected from the Department of PRS, Ministry of Works and Housing on the payment on a non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand (N50,000) Naira into the specific Government account.
SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF BIDS DOCUMENTS
Duly complete bid documents with the appropriate LOT marked on the top left corner of the envelope should be submitted at the office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works and Housing, Lokoja not later than 12noon on 22nd April 2020 at which time ceremonies for the bid commences.
