RE- INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FLYOVER BRIDGE
Reference to the Advertisement made on Daily Trust and Thisday Newspapers edition of Tuesday 31st Mach, 2020. The Sokoto State Government wishes to invite all those Engineering Firm/contractors who submitted letters of Expression of Interest to tender for the following project:
CIVIL WORKS:
DESCRIPTION LENGTH (KM) LOT NO. Construction of (9 SPAN) Flyover Bridge at Runjin Sambo Round About, Sokoto 362M Lot 12
(A) SCOPE OF WORKS
The scope of works essentially involves but not limited to the following:
(i) Site clearance and earth works
(ii) Roads works and pavement
(iii) Culverts and drainages
(iv) Bridge.
(v) Any other works related to the project.
(B) COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
(i) The bid/tender documents are to be collected at Ministry of works & Transport upon presentation receipt to payment/Bank teller of non-refundable fee of N250,000.00 for the project payable like consolidation revenues Account Number 5030063938 with Fidelity Bank Plc. Sort Code 070221043
(ii) The duly completed documents should be signed sealed and lot tendered for indicated and submitted on or before 29 April, 2020 together with the evidence of payment.
(iii) Closing date for submission of tender is Wednesday 29 April, 2020 by12:00noon tender will be opened on the same day by 12:30pm at the Authority of Sultan Muhammed Maccido Institute for Qu’ran and General Studies along As Sudais road Sokoto. Bidder of their representatives are invited to witness the opening.
(iv) Documents are to be submitted to the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works and Transport Usman Faruk Secretariat, Sokoto.
