CONTRACT TITLE: PROCUREMENT OF ANDROID TABLETS POUCH SOLAR MAT
RFB REFERENCE NO: NG-NCTO-134880-GO-RFB/2019/04
(1) The National Cash Transfer Office (NCTO) wishes to inform all interested bidders of the REQUEST FOR BIDS (RFB Reference No.: NG-NCTO-159138-GO-RFB/2020/01) published in the Daily Trust, Guardian, and Daily Sun Newspapers on March 12, 2020, those that purchased the bids and the General Public that as a result of the lockdown occasioned by COVID 19 this Addendum is issued for further guidance and clarification.

(2) The closing date for submission still remain 21 April, 2020, 12 noon as No extension is given in view of the prevailing economic situation in the country occasioned by COVID 19.
(3) All interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Project Coordinator, National Cash Transfer Office, and purchase the bids online upon submission/transmission of the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Receipts through the email address below.
(4) The submission of bids can be done online via the same email address as stipulated in paragraph 2 above provided the bid page is on the letter head of the Bidder and is signed appropriately, Electronic Bidding will be permitted but evidence of payment for bidding document through Remita must be submitted along with the bids. The Bids should be passworded and the password sent to the address below for the bid opening ceremony.
(5) Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 21 April, 2020 at 12 noon Bids will be publicly opened (Video Conferencing) in the presence of all members of the Committee responsible at the address below on 21 April, 2020 by 12:15pm.
(6) All Bidders will be debriefed accordingly at the appropriate time.
