The African Field Epidemiology Network (AFENET) is in the process of PREQUALIFYING SUPPLIERS AND CONTRACTORS FOR THE PROVISION OF GOODS AND SERVICES listed below for the period October 2020 to September 2023. Current suppliers and service providers who wish to be retained in the register are also encouraged to apply:

kindly note that only soft copies duly uploaded as indicated using the link above will be considered.
Applicants are encouraged to carefully read through the form and complete accordingly. Any blank space left in the form, may signify inability to provide required services.
A prospective bidder having any questions relating to this. Expression of Interest (EOI) should contain the following email iaimufia@afenet.net not later than 5 working days prior to the due date and time of submission of EOI.
AFENET will respond to questions it receives prior to the due date for the submission of the EOI
AFENET may require the inspection of vendors business premises as part of the prequalification exercise.
The Code and Category applied for to be clearly indicated on the registration form.
Compulsory documents to be included
(1) CAC registration certificate
(2) Form CAC2
(3) Detailed Company Profile
(4) Current Tax Clearance
(5) VAT registration
(6) Audited balance sheet of 3 years
(7) Documented proof of at least 3 successful similar jobs completed within the last 5 years
DUE DATE AND TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF INTEREST:
• Submissions must be received by AFENET not later than the due date and time as shown above and should be duly recorded in the EOI Submission Register AFENET may at its discretion extend the due date and time for submission of EOI by amending this solicitation.
• Any submission received by AFENET after the due date and time indicated will be rejected
LANGUAGE:
The expression of interest, as well as all correspondence and document relating to the office staff be in English.
