A. CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOL) AND SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION FOR WASH PROJECT SERVICES
Gede Foundation, an indigenous non-profit organization working in humanitarian response in North Central Nigeria with funding support from the German Cooperation (BMZ) through CBM-Nigeria, calling for an Expression of Interest to tender/bid (quotation) for the supply/services of the underlisted services and items.
I. Construction of hand pump boreholes in Agatu, Gwer-Wast, Guma, Kwande and Logo Local Government Areas of Benue State
II. Rehabilitation of hand pump boreholes in Agatu, Gwar West, Guma, Kwande and Logo Local Government Areas of Benue State.
III. Supply of borehole maintenance tool box
IV. Supply of borehole/hand pump fast-moving spare parts for water points in Benue State
V. Supply of hand washing stations in Benue State
B. Method of Application
Interested vendors should first submit Expression of Interest (EOl) and Request for Specification Cede Foundation via email info@gedefoundation.org on or before 5:00 pm on May 22, 2022 (Friday)
C. Submission of Bid
All bids (quotations) can be submitted online through the emails above or hard copies to the office addresses before 5:00 pm on May 29, 2020 (Friday) and must be addressed to:

D. Basis of Selection
1. The subject of the email must indicate the items bidding for
2.The deadline for receipt of application is on May 29, 2020 (5:00pm)
3. Bidders must follow the instructions set forth in all the documents in this tender in the submission of their bid to Gede Foundation. A prospective bidder requiring any clarification on technical, contractual, or commercial matters may notify Gede Foundation via the email addresses stated above not later than 48 hours prior to the closing date for the submission of

4. Provide evidence of registration of business with a verifiable business address and a valid bank account in the name of the business
5. Evidence of payment of tax/company TIN
6. Evidence reference of past jobs done
7. Gede Foundation will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the vendor in connection with the preparation or submission of the bid
