INVITATION FOR TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL BIDS

Bwari Area Council hereby invites reputable, qualified and competent firms/contractors with relevant experience to tender for the following jobs:

1Supply of 1NO Brand New Toyota Prado Jeep (2019 Model, Full Option with Leather Seat)
2Supply of 1NO Brand New Toyota Camry Saloon Car (2019 Model, Full Option with Leader Seat) – 3.5 Litres Engine Capacity
3Supply of 1NO Brand New Toyota Corolla Saloon Car (2019 Model, Full Option with Leader Seat) – 2.0 Litres Engine Capacity

ELIGIBILITY TO BID/TENDER REQUIREMENTS
i. Evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee of thirty-five thousand naira (N35,000.00) only in bank draft payable to Bwari Area Council, Abuja, FCT
ii. Evidence of Registration Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission
iii. Evidence of up to date (three years) Tax Clearance Certificate for 2017/2016/2019
iv. Evidence of compliance with the Pension Act 2004from Pencom
v. Evidence of compliance with the ITF Act 2011
vi. Evidence of compliance with NSITF
vii. Detailed Company Profile, indicating Management Structure, List of Staff and their qualifications etc
viii. Evidence of financial capacity
ix. Verifiable Evidence of similar jobs successfully executed recent time
x. Evidence of registration on the BPP National Database o Contractors, Consultants and Services Providers
xi. Evidence of VAT Registration

COLLECTION OF BID DOCUMENTS
Bid documents should be collected by prospective bidders from the Office of Head of Works Department, Bwari Area Council, Abuja, FCT upon presentation of evidence of payment of the non-refundable bidding fee of N 35,000.00 only.

SUBMISSION OF BID
Bids should be submitted in a sealed big brown envelope addressed to Head of Works Department, Bwari Area Council, Abuja, FCT.

BID OPENING
Received bids shall be publicly opened in the Council’s Conference Hall by 12:00 of Tuesday 11 August 2020

  • The Council reserves the right to the selection process at any time without incurring liabilities in accordance with Section 28 of PPA 2007
  • The Council shall not be responsible for any cost incurred by the bidders in connection with response to this advertisement
  • The Council reserves the right to verify claims made by any bidder/bidding Company
  • Submission of false documents is an offence, which will lead to disqualification and prosecution
  • And this notice shall not be construed to be a commitment on the part of Bwari Area Council to award any form of contract to any respondent/bidder nor shall it entitle any bidder to claim any indemnity from the Council
