EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH Programme, Support to Strengthening Resilience in North-East Nigeria” co-funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, would like to procure “Prints for Community development Plans” with the following minimum specifications;

  • 6,300 Copies of 21 Individual Community development plans of 300 copies coach printed in Full Color on 90g/m2 A4 Shiny paper of 35 pages, with Hard Cover Front and back print 260g/m2 with Staple Binding
  • 500 Copies of 11 Individual Community Development Plans Mubi North) in a single/compilation bind in A4 size, full colour print, front and back print, cover and back 400 g/ m2 90 g/m2 paper inner pages, hot binding finishing with enclosed stitches.
  • 600 Copies of 10 Individual Community Development Plans (Mubi South) in a single/compilation bind in A4 size, full colour print, front and back print, over and back 400 g/m2 90 g/m2 paper inner pages, hot binding finishing with enclosed stitches.

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested printing companies in Abuja with verifiable printing press only-to furnish GŽ Nigeria Country Office with the following

a. Comprehensive company profile and Memorandum of Association
b. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC
c. Company brochure, printing capabilities
d. Evidence of experience with previous similar printing jobs (only third-party evidence)
e. Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating an annual turnover of NGN29,000,000.00 minimum in the year 2018/2019

For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents only in hard copies in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at No. 4 Julius Nyerere Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja labeled.
