PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO TENDER
The Ifelodun Local Council Development Area has budgetary provision in the year 2020 for the Construction of modern Canteen of a storey Building at Primary Health Centre, Alaba Suru. Therefore, Ifelodun LCDA wishes to invite existing and prospective competent contractor to submit tenders for the above-stated project.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
1. Certificate of incorporation/registration with CAC
2. Company’s audited account for 2017, 2018 and 2019
3. Copy of company tax clearance for the last three years
4. Performance Bond from a reputable financial institution
5. Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency and Ifelodun Local Council Development Area.
6. Radio and television license receipt (current year)
Prospective bidders should pay non-refundable tender fee of N25,000 only all payable to Ifelodun Local Council Development Area First bank Account No:-2015522061
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Tender document shall be collected from the office, Head of Procurement Unit Ifelodun LCDA secretariat from the date of its publication
SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Interested companies are required to submit seven copies all tender document in sealed envelope and addressed to:

The envelop must be registered with designated officer in charge of the procurement unit and thereafter dropped in the tender box provided f the purpose on or before 12:00noon on Tuesday 30 June 2010.
TENDER OPENING
Tender opening shall be opened immediately to be close of submission from 12:00 Tuesday, 30th June, 2020 of the Chairman Conference Room first floor, IFelodun LCDA Secretariat.
