Duly signed and stamped quotation with all the supporting documents shall be sent electronically to the IOMLagosTenders@iom.int keeping in copy bachigbu@iom.int and izavertana@iom.int If the size of the file exceeds 5 mb please place electronic versions of the documents on an open file exchange service (Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.) and share a link. The
subject line of the e‐mail containing the link for the electronic bid download shall clearly indicate the following: NG20‐20‐1025/1026/1027) – [insert full name of the Supplier] – Electronic
Quotation_MHAC construction.
It is mandatory to send hard copy of the quotation as well. Hardcopy should be put into the sealed envelopes (clearly marked “Tender NG20‐20‐1025/1026/1027) – Construction of various
portacabins for MHAC_IOM Lagos ”) and submitted on or before 12:00 29th June 2020 to:
