TENDERS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ICT INNOVATION CENTRE
1.0 INTRODUCTION
In pursuant of His Excellency. Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, the Executive Governor of Kwara State’s effort towards reinvigorating the Economy of Kwara State and Creating massive and laudable employment opportunities to her Citizenry, wishes to embark on the Construction of Information Communication Technology (ICT) Innovation Centre in Kwara State.
REQUIREMENTS
Interested Contractor (s) are to provide the following
i. Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
ii. Evidence of Registration with the Kwara State Ministry of Works
iii. Evidence of Current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2019
iv. Evidence of Current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2019
v. Evidence of Registration of Technical Staff with relevant Professional Bodies
vi. Evidence of Technical Capability and experience in similar Project handled in recent past.
vii. Evidence of Financial Capability and access to Financial Resources
viii. Evidence of Equipment and Technology Capability
ix. Evidence of Three Year Tax Clearance Certificate (2017, 2018, 2019)
x. Evidence of Three Years Company Audited Accounts (2017, 2018, 2019)
xi. Evidence of VAT Registration and Remittance
xii. Payment of non-refundable Tender & Admin Fees for the Project
xiii. Any other relevant information or documents that will enhance your tender
COLLECTION OF BID DOCUMENTS
Interested Contractor (s) should as from Wednesday 3rd June 2020 obtain Bid Documents from the Kwara State Ministry of Enterprise upon payment of appropriate non-refundable Tender Fee
SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS
Interested Contractor for the project should submit a copy of their Technical and Financial bids documents in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “Tender for the Construction of Kwara State ICT Innovation Centre” at the right hand corner of the envelope within two (2) weeks from the date of this Publication and addressed to

Submission of Bid closed on Thursday 18 June, 2020 at 4:00pm.
PLEASE NOTE:
The Kwara State Ministry of Enterprise reserve the right to:
i. Request for the original copies of all documents presented
ii. Verify the authenticity of any claims made and
iii. Disqualify any Firm/Contractor With FALSE claims/fraudulent bids.
