INVITATION FOR TENDER
SUPPLY OF THREE VEHICLE AMBULANCES (BUSES)
REF: (ITT/NIGERIA/ABJ/2020/004).

Opening date: 22 June 2020
Closing date: 13 July 2020

Save the Children international would like to engage the service of a reputable vehicle manufacturers, dealers or suppliers for the purpose of supplying vehicle ambulance (buses) for medical emergency purposes. These ambulance will be used in save the children field office in Yobe State, North East Nigeria. The prospective bidders are expected to adhere to below information:

  • Part 4: Save the Children’s Child Safeguarding Policy
  • Part 5: Save the Children’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
  • Part 6: The IAPG Code of Conduct

Your tender response must be received in the following format:

  • Full completion of the “Tender Response” document in order for the bid to be compliant. Supplementary proposal are requested to demonstrate that the bid meets the essential, capability and commercial criteria. Those tenders returned uncompleted will be treated as void. 
  • The tender response form and the complete copy of the bid document with all necessary supporting documentation are to be submitted online.
  • Bids to be submitted to: Nigeria.Tender@savethechildren.org.The subject should indicate the tender reference number and name of the bidder only.  Please Note that missing reference will automatically disqualify the bid.

Your return tender dossier must be received at the email above not later than 13th of July, 2020 @17:00h GMT (“the Closing Date”) unless SCI determines there were exceptional reasons for the delay in submission. Failure to meet the Closing Date may result in the bid being void. Returned bids must remain open for consideration for a period of not less than 30 days from the Closing Date.

Save the Children International is under no obligation to award the contract or to award it to the lowest bidder.
