SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1130 TONS OF CEREALS TO THE REGIONAL FOOD SECURITY RESERVE

The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), one of the regional economic communities of the African Union, was established on 28 May 1975. It is composed of the following fifteen
(15) Member States: Benin, Burkina Faso, Cabo Verde, Côte d’Ivoire, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Togo.
The ECOWAS Commission, on behalf of the Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food (RAAF) hereby invites sealed bids for the supply and delivery of 1130 tons of cereals to the Regional Food Security Reserve as indicated below:
S/N Lots Quantity (Metric ton) Place of Delivery Lot N°1: White maize produced in West Africa; 200 Zinder ( Niger) Lot N°2: White sorghum produced in West Africa 200 Zinder ( Niger) Lot N°3 : Millet produced in West Africa 730 Dosso( Niger)
Bids SHALL be valid for a period of 120 days after Bid Opening and must be accompanied by a Bid Security (ORIGINAL Bank Guarantee) for each lot as indicated below:
Lot N°1: The sum of US$1738 or its equivalent in one of the currencies of one of the ECOWAS member countries.
Lot N°2: The sum of US$1,587 or its equivalent in one of the currencies of one of the ECOWAS member countries;
Lot N°3 : The sum US$5,244 or its equivalent in one of the currencies of one of the ECOWAS member countries;
The Bid Security SHALL REMAIN VALID for 150 Days.
SUBMISSION OF BID DEADLINE
Bids SHALL be deposited in the ECOWAS Tender Box located at General Administration, Procurement Division Office, 1st Floor ECOWAS Commission, 101 Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro District, PMB 401, Abuja, Nigeria on or before August 24th
, 2020 at 11 .00 am (Nigeria Time, GM1 + 1).
