1. INTRODUCTION
EROTON E&P Company Limited; the operator of NNPC/Eroton JV invites interested and reputable contractors with suitable equipment and relevant experience to tender for the provision of Geomatic Services within OML 18 Field Facilities. Prior to carrying-out any field activity ranging from drilling, pipelines construction, installation of new facilities or integrity checks of existing facilities, industry best practices require gathering of geographical and locational information of the proposed site. This is possible only through available Geomatics data. Correctness of survey data is apt to timely delivery of projects, better decision-making and reliable record retention.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Service includes the provision of personnel and equipment required for the execution of Geomatic services. The contractor shall be responsible for the provision of the following:
• Topographical survey for pipeline routes.
• Locations and facilities bathymetry survey.
• Post construction survey
• Positioning and control survey
• Oil spill response survey etc.
Information contained in geomatics data/survey is used for conceptualizing, understanding and prescribing action plan in the field. Correctness of survey data is apt to timely delivery of projects, better decision-making and reliable record retention.
The contract duration shall be for a firm period of three (3) firm years with the possibility of one (1) year extension based on successful performance.

Only Tenderers who are registered with NJQS Product/category (3.09.01 Navigation/Positioning services) as at July 31, 2020 being
the advert close date shall be invited to submit bids (Technical and Commercial).
