1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received Credit from the World Bank toward the cost of the NEWMAP and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for Procurement, Installation and Training of Automated Flood Early warning Systems.
2. The NASARAWA-NEWMAP now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement, Installation and Training of Automated Flood Early warning Systems 4NO. at Umaisha, Loko, Rukubi and Tunga along River Basin for 90days as validity period.

3. Bidding through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, November 2017 and August 2018 (Procurement Regulations), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations Qualifications requirements include:
i. Evidence of previous supply sale) of similar Equipment proposed for the last 5 years.
ii. Provide evidence of the firm’s corporate registration in Nigeria or overseas.
iii. Audited Financial Statements for the last 5 years to demonstrate the financial capability of the Bidder in terms of Profitability and adequate Working capital
iv. Have a minimum of Two (2) similar supplies of AFEWS or related equipment with at least N187.9m ($612,263) for Lot 1 that have been satisfactorily or substantially completed as prime supplier. The Qualifying contracts must be in AFEWS equipment or related to the assignment.
v. Minimum average annual turnover in the last Five 15) years of at least N540m ($1,500.000)
vi. Have liquidity and/or evidence of access to or availability or confirmed positive credit facilities of not less than N25Om ($694,000)
