GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE FOR YEARS 2016/2017/2018/2019 (MERGED) TETFUND ANNUAL INTERVENTION
1. The Federal Polytechnic Oko in compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act 2007, issues this General Procurement Notice to inform eligible and interested Contractors, Vendors, Service Providers and the General Public that Federal Polytechnic, Oko would undertake the Procurement of works. Goods and Services in Years 2016/2017/2018/2019 (Merged) TETFund Annual Intervention in the following areas:
A. SCOPE OF WORK
LOT 1 Construction of One Storey(Ground Floor and First Floor) Chemical Engineering Main Building with external works LOT 2: Construction of One Storey (Ground Floor and First Floor)Chemical Engineering Laboratory Complex with external works. LOT 3: Construction of One Storey (Ground Floor and First Floor) Students Examination Hall with External works LOT 4: Supply and Installation of Laboratory Equipment for Chemical Engineering Department Comprising Solid Handling. Size Reduction and Classification Equipment LOT 5: Supply and Installation of Fluid and Particle Mechanics Laboratory Equipment. LOT 6: Supply and Installation of Fluid and Particle Mechanics Laboratory and Heat and Mass Transfer Laboratory Equipment/Apparatus. LOT 7: Supply and Installation of Heat and Mass Transfer Equipments and Separation Process Apparatus LOT 8: Supply and Installation of Heat and Mass, Drying, Mixing and Filtration Laboratory Equipment comprising LOT 9: Supply and Installation of Filtration Laboratory Equipments and Office Equipments LOT 10: Supply and Installation of Air conditioners
2. Eligible and interested bidders are advised to look out for the SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICES (SPN) for the Works Goods and Services mentioned above in Federal Tenders Journal. National Dailies and the School notice board.
3. Please note that:
i. The GPN is not an Invitation to Tender
ii. Interested and eligible bidders who wish to participate in the bidding process are advised to be on the lookout for our subsequent advertisements.
iii. All documents on responsive criteria such as Certificate of Incorporation, Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate. Pension Compliance Certificate, Evidence of Registration with Professional Bodies etc
iv. The Polytechnic reserves the right to invoke Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007 without incurring any liability to bidder.
