BACKGROUND
In line with its transformational Agenda to become Africa’s Model
Megacity, the Lagos State Government (LASG) is in the process of
Upgrading its health facilities by providing stable power to them..
In compliance with the requirements of the Lagos State Public
Procurement Law 2011, the Lagos State Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the project as indicated below:

SUBMISSION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS
