Our work has long focused on catalysing improved
access to healthcare for all, echoing the global call for universal health coverage, by mobilizing private and public resources, measuring and improving quality of services, and inclusion of the most vulnerable and excluded population using innovative health financing options.

Validity
Vendor proposals shall remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of quotation.
Minimum Requirements
• Company profile with registered address, email address, and phone number
• Evidence of successfully executing similar projects in the last two years
•A copy of registration certificate with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
• Tax Clearance Certificate for two years (2017- 2018)
• Provide detailed price of the Desktops, Printers, Projectors and Tablets based on unit cost according to brand
Additional information
As a not-for-profit organisation, PharmAccess Foundation is tax exempt but appropriate withholding tax deductions would be made in compliance with relevant Nigerian tax laws.
Kindly note that awards of contract would be given based on best price and quality of each item.
Incomplete bids will be disqualified
Submission of Quotations
Quotations should be submitted via email to infong@pharmaccess.org with the subject ‘RFQ-IT HARDWARE’ as the subject. The submission deadline is Monday, July 27, 2020.
