The facility is an integrated agricultural project on a two acre land comprising:
1. A modern mechanical abattoir built on the principles of humane killing and clean environment with installed capacity of 50 cattle per 8 hour shift with night-time lighting to accommodate three shifts per day (morning; afternoon and night shifts)
2. A cottage size bird processing/de-feathering unit within the abattoir
3. Aquaculture Bay with 21no 3 meter diameter Fibre tanks for raising fish and aquatics and 7 uninstalled Fibre tanks for expansion
4. Small size Feed mill
5. 2 generators (100KVA and 17KVA)
6. Dedicated 100KVA Transformer
7. Integrated Waste Disposal via Bio-digester System
8. A Farm House to accommodate critical staff for round clock operation.
