The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a vendor to provide project  equipment  and  you  are invited to submit a quotation  as  follows

  1. Digital Pointer , specifications:   Wireless Media Presenter with laser pointer, USB Plug and play, Laptop Control distance of 10 – _15m 10ea
  2. Digital Photo Camera  , specifications:  Canon EOS Rebel T6 DSLR Camera with 18-55mm Lens, P/N: 1159C003                       10ea
  3. Digital Camcorder, specifications:     Canon Vixia HF W11 Waterproof Camcorder, P/N: 3908C001                        10ea
  4. Recording MIDGET  , specifications:    Philips 4GB Voice Tracer 1200 Digital Recorder, P/N: DVT1200/00            30ea

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.

For a valid quote/proposal., please note the following:

  1. Please include performance schedule, specifications, samples/pictures/complete drawings, (where applicable), along with your quotes.
  2. Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
  3. All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be a direct reply to this email AbujaProcbids@State.gov and have the same subject line
  4. Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
  5. Deadline for offer submission is August 20th, 2020
